If you have received a damaged/defective item, email us at hello@elaashop.in. Include your name, order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will get back to you within 48 hours and ship a new item asap.
You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or a credit note. We also offer reverse pickup.
