Elaa offers a Return and an Exchange on most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. We also offer reverse pickup. A sum of Rs. 100 will be deducted on account of Shipping and Handling charges incurred by us in case of Returns and Exchanges.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you have received a damaged/defective item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name, order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
We will get back to you within 48 hours and ship a new product ASAP. But note that we do not accept items tarnished because of regular usage.
Before you raise a return or exchange request, please check if your product is eligible for the same. No returns or exchanges will be accepted in the following cases:
- If you bought a product on sale/discount or using a credit code, it is not eligible for any returns or exchanges.
- Returns on International orders are not accepted because of the logistical costs involved.
- If the product was modified, customized or personalized in any way, no returns or exchanges will be possible.
In the case that you want to return a product, please send us an email at email@example.com. Include your name, order number, phone number and reason for return.
The order number can be found in the order confirmation email as well as your account.
We will reply to your email within 48 hours, and schedule a pick up for your item. Note that we arrange pickup only from the address where the order was delivered.
If you want to return a product from a different address, you can courier the product back to us at your own cost.
We do not offer a Refund on any of our Products. You can get an Exchange or a Credit Note for a product you have purchased from us. This whole process takes about 2-4 weeks. This time period includes:
- The transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days)
- The time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)
- The time it takes for us to send you your replacement product (5 to 10 business days)
There is a handling charge of Rs. 100 levied at our end to process all Returns and Exchanges.

Before returning a product, please make sure to keep the tags intact and that the packaging keeps the product safe during transit.
The customer is responsible for handing over the correct item. If there are indications of usage or damage, such as stains, tears, foul odour etc, the return will be rejected.
Also include your name and order number on the packaging. If it is not easily visible and we can’t identify its origin, we will not be able to proceed with the return.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
