We offer free shipping and delivery all over India. Your orders are delivered by our safe and reliable courier partner, Delhivery.
However, please note that if you live in an area not covered by our logistics partners, additional delivery charges may apply.
The good news is that such cases are really few. If yours is an exception, rest assured that we will contact and inform you in advance before applying any charges.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days from the time you receive the confirmation email.
We ship products Monday thru Saturday, excluding national holidays and festivals. So if you have placed your order around these occasions, there might be a slight delay.
In addition, delivery times depend on your exact location and network of our logistics partners. In rare cases, a slight delay may occur due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control such as Government interventions or natural causes.
We will not be responsible for delays caused by the courier partners or postal organizations. But rest assured that we’ll try our best to make the delivery happen as soon as possible. We will also help you track the status and delivery time of your package.
Elaa also offers International Shipping, via our delivery partners Bluedart and Fedex.
The total cost of shipping will be incurred by the customer, and depend on factors including your location, order volume, weight, customs, taxes and charges associated with our delivery partners.
Once you place an international order with us, we will notify you via email the total shipping charges and we will process your order once we have your confirmation.
We ship your orders from India. Please wait for 15-30 days for your order to be delivered.
Please make sure to ensure collection when the delivery is attempted. If the consignee does not collect their package, Elaa will not be held responsible.
Returns & Exchange Policy
If you have received a damaged/defective item, email us at email@example.com. Include your name, order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
We will get back to you within 48 hours and ship a new product ASAP. But note that we do not accept items tarnished because of regular usage.
Before you raise a return or exchange request, please check if your product is eligible for the same. No returns or exchanges will be accepted in the following cases:
- We do not offer returns and exchanges on our collection of Elaa Sleggings and Biker shorts for hygiene reasons.
- If you bought a product on sale/discount or using a credit code, it is not eligible for any returns or exchanges.
- Returns on International orders are not accepted because of the logistical costs involved.
- If the product was modified, customized or personalized in any way, no returns or exchanges will be possible.
You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We also offer free reverse pickup.
In the case that you want to return a product, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name, order number, phone number and reason for return.
The order number can be found in the order confirmation email as well as your account.
We will reply to your email within 48 hours, and schedule a pick up for your item. Note that we arrange pickup only from the address where the order was delivered.
If you want to return a product from a different address, you can courier the product back to us at your own cost.
You should expect to receive the refund in your bank account within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes:
- The transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days)
- The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)
- The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)
However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. There will be no refund of shipping charges.

Before returning a product, please make sure to keep the tags intact and that the packaging keeps the product safe during transit.
The customer is responsible for handing over the correct item. If there are indications of usage or damage, such as stains, tears, foul odour etc, the return will be rejected.
Also include your name and order number on the packaging. If it is not easily visible and we can’t identify its origin, we will not be able to proceed with the return.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Since we are a small business enterprise, we cannot offer any exceptions and make no refunds.
