Store your Elaa accessory in the provided pouch and box and store in a cool and dry place away from humidity and sunlight. Avoid contact with water, salt water, chlorine and perfume. It’s best to wear it after you have applied your make up and perfume.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days from the time you receive the confirmation email.
Elaa also offers international shipping, via our delivery partners Bluedart and Fedex. We ship your orders from India. Please wait for 15-30 days for your order to be delivered.
If you have received a damaged/defective item, email us at hello@elaashop.in. Include your name, order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will get back to you within 48 hours and ship a new item asap.
You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. We also offer reverse pickup.
